About the Role

Cheema Smart Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications General Manager to lead our team in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support business objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources and promote business growth.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions to promote business interests.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support business objectives.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role in telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
