Senior Manager of Telecommunications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications General Manager to join our team at CHEEMA SMART SOLUTIONS LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the telecommunications department, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure the team is meeting expectations.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
The Telecommunications General Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 people, with the potential to expand to 3-4 people.
Computer and Technology Knowledge- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
The ideal candidate will have experience in management, with a strong background in telecommunications.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Large Workload: Ability to manage a large workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
