About the Role

Cheema Smart Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications General Manager to lead our team in driving business growth and success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our telecommunications division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or telecommunications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
