Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering and Integration Team at Cooper Equipment Rentals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that support our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of data engineers to design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain data architectures, data pipelines, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to provide insights to business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and apply them to drive business innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, or Physics.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing data engineering teams.
  • Strong technical skills in data engineering, data architecture, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
