Job Description
  • Lead the development of high-volume data platforms and pipelines
  • Work with stakeholders to identify data sources and map out processes/data flow
  • Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems
  • Develop ETL processes to move internal and external data into our cloud-based data lake and data warehouse(s)
  • Provide input and feedback to support continuous improvement in team processes
  • Provide thought leadership for all data solutions, including designing data solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Continually improve our data pipelines and find innovative ways to maximize automation
Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of Programming Languages: Python and/or Java, SQL, ETL methodologies and toolsets, Azure/Google ecosystem, Database design, MS SQL, MySQL, Synapse/Big Query and NoSQL (MongoDB), Airflow, Kafka
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in data engineering, data warehousing, data modeling, or data analysis
  • Passion for data and innovation
