Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Kamloops. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supervising a team of hotel clerks.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest requests, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of hotel clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
