Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Kamloops. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our hotel staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that all guest requests are met.
- Operations Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Technical Support: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, and Indigenous people.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:
- Permanent full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- English language required
