Hotel Operations Manager

At Alpine Motel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Oversee the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and managing the hotel's inventory and supplies.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that the hotel is secure and safe for our guests and employees, implementing policies and procedures to prevent accidents and incidents.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve hotel operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the guest experience.
- Education: Completion of a non-university program lasting 1-2 years
- Experience: Between 1 to 7 months
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Word, Central Reservation System (CRS), and MS Excel
- Security and Safety: Must have basic security clearance
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, extended periods of standing
