Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Operations: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Staff Development: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support and development opportunities for staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
