Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
