* Maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents
* Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities
* Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
* Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Basic security clearance
