Job Summary:The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental practice, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and preparing reports.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate office services such as accommodation and equipment.
- Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations.
- Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
