Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Alexis Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Plan and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a well-stocked housekeeping department.
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of organization.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
