As a member of our team, you'll work directly with our network of Brokers – the people who sell our products to businesses – to make sure they understand our products, know how to market them, and help them to evaluate the potential risks of taking on certain portfolios.

Through this program, you'll get hands-on exposure to 3 different verticals within Specialty Lines, learn the technical aspects of insurance, and build relationships with our Broker partners. You'll also have the opportunity to work on stimulating, challenging projects and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and expertise.

We're looking for recent graduates with a passion for learning and a desire to grow their careers in the insurance industry. If you're interested in pursuing the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and have a creative approach to problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.
