- Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with broker partners and customers
- Demonstrate continuous learning and curiosity
- Active involvement in business projects to enhance product and service offerings
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwriting Support area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Underwriting or Market Facing area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwriting Support area
- Knowledge of lines of business and legal and regulatory guidelines
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- French language skills are required (for candidates applying to the Montreal office location)
- Verbal and written proficiency in the English language is required
