We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Thinkific.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company that enables creators to build and sell online courses. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Owning the sales process from lead to close, with a focus on acquiring new customers and maximizing revenue.
- Working closely with prospects to understand their goals, showcasing the power of the Thinkific Plus platform, and creating a world-class customer-centric experience.
- Sourcing new potential customers, understanding their business needs and goals, and effectively educating them on how Thinkific can meet their objectives.
- Achieving monthly sales goals while maintaining Thinkific's reputation as the best customer service in the business.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing business development representative role, targeted on generating pipeline.
- At least 1 year of experience in running full sales cycles, including closing deals.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and outperformance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Comfortable juggling multiple accounts, opportunities, and activities at once, with a keen eye for prioritizing leads.
- A competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 CAD (plus uncapped commission) and a target annual bonus of $50,000 CAD.
