Territory Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at XPRTAS Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and growth within our assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual new business sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Utilize various tools and resources to generate new leads and drive sales growth
- Employ creative and fresh techniques to secure onsite meetings with new business decision makers
- Develop and present marketing and sales plans for new business growth
- Actively participate in and lead sales meetings to share presentations, success stories, and challenges
- Supply won/loss data with reasons for all estimates
- Troubleshoot problems regarding customer products and handle complaints
- Keep informed of industry changes, new products, and services
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events as necessary
- Travel as required to develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
- At least 5 years of Printed Packaging sales experience preferred, consistently demonstrating a track record of new and existing customer sales growth
- Valid drivers license with an acceptably clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in selling techniques, including securing face-to-face meetings with decision makers, debunking common sales objections, and closing deals
- Proven ability to close sales and drive territory sales growth
- Capable of building strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Understanding of the sales landscape in the assigned area
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing projects
- Proactive, problem solver, and accountable to customers and company management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Capable and comfortable working from a home office
