Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at XPRTAS Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and growth within our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual new business sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Utilize various tools and resources to generate new leads and drive sales growth
  • Employ creative and fresh techniques to secure onsite meetings with new business decision makers
  • Develop and present marketing and sales plans for new business growth
  • Actively participate in and lead sales meetings to share presentations, success stories, and challenges
  • Supply won/loss data with reasons for all estimates
  • Troubleshoot problems regarding customer products and handle complaints
  • Keep informed of industry changes, new products, and services
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events as necessary
  • Travel as required to develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Printed Packaging sales experience preferred, consistently demonstrating a track record of new and existing customer sales growth
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptably clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in selling techniques, including securing face-to-face meetings with decision makers, debunking common sales objections, and closing deals
  • Proven ability to close sales and drive territory sales growth
  • Capable of building strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Understanding of the sales landscape in the assigned area
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing projects
  • Proactive, problem solver, and accountable to customers and company management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Capable and comfortable working from a home office
