Direct Sales Representative

We are seeking a charismatic and driven individual to join our team as a Direct Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our company, interacting with potential and existing customers daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in direct residential selling to establish new customer relationships.
  • Cultivate and expand connections with key decision-makers and executives within your designated customer territory.
  • Showcase your sales prowess by closing deals and addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Identify and present unique value propositions that cater to each customer's long-term needs.
  • Nurture strong, consultative relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and take on leadership responsibilities as you grow.

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for outdoor sales and a proven track record in this field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and adeptness at managing your time efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment without compromising quality.
  • Dedication to a full-time commitment (Monday – Friday).
