Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at XPRTAS Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and growth within our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Utilize various tools and resources to generate new leads and drive sales growth.
  • Employ creative and fresh techniques to secure onsite meetings with new business decision makers.
  • Provide detailed product information and pricing estimates to customers.
  • Develop and present marketing and sales plans for new business growth.
  • Actively participate in and lead sales meetings to share presentations, success stories, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of Printed Packaging sales experience preferred.
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptably clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling techniques, including securing face-to-face meetings with decision makers, debunking common sales objections, and closing deals.
  • Proven ability to close sales and drive territory sales growth.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Understanding of the sales landscape in the assigned area.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing projects.
  • Proactive, problem solver, and accountable to customers and company management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Capable and comfortable working from a home office.
