As a Private Client Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing exceptional service to high net worth clients of Royal Bank of Canada. Your primary focus will be on assisting an Investment Counsellor and other team members in delivering daily portfolio maintenance and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues to their satisfaction
- Support administrative activities and responsibilities of the team
- Process trades accurately and on a timely basis
- Manage account openings, documentation, and client cash flows and balances
- Maintain records and files, and attend client meetings as required
- Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings/calls
- Assist other team members and strengthen cross-business working relationships
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the investment industry
- College diploma or bachelor's degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Proven client service skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- CSC, CIM, and/or CFP Designations
