Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Private Client Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with daily portfolio maintenance and administration
  • Process trades accurately and efficiently
  • Manage client cash flows and balances
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Attend client meetings and provide exceptional service
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the investment industry
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps
  • Proven client service skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
