Key Responsibilities:
  • Due Diligence and Transaction Execution:
    • Assist in the due diligence process, including the assessment of investment risks and opportunities.
    • Support the development of investment theses and ideas.
    • Collaborate with senior Clairvest resources to execute transactions.
  • Investment Management:
    • Work closely with portfolio company management to develop and execute long-term strategic plans.
    • Monitor financial and operating performance of portfolio companies.
    • Prepare regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Origination and Sourcing:
    • Foster relationships with industry participants to identify potential investment opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
