Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our Private Wealth team at BMO. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our Investment Advisors, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and loyalty from our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Investment Advisors, including scheduling meetings, preparing client reviews, and coordinating marketing activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of client transactions, including trades, transfers, and account maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, including contributing to the overall success of the Investment Advisors portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment processes and procedures, as well as administrative processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of proprietary products and services, as well as compliance practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
