About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our Private Client Service team at CC&L Private Capital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level client service and support to our private client base, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our investment professionals to provide tailored investment solutions to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our client service and support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related or transferable work experience, preferably in a private wealth management or client service role.
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in a related field, and/or relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Proven ability to work independently, as well as in partnership with other team members, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
  • Good judgment, coupled with the ability to set clear expectations and make sound decisions.
  • Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
