Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and Monitor the assigned area to prevent and detect any security breaches or incidents.
  • Respond to Emergencies and provide assistance to individuals in need.
  • Conduct Security Checks and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Provide Customer Service and interact with clients, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with Incident Reporting and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Participate in Training and Development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid Security License for the province of Ontario.
  • First Aid & CPR - Level C certification from a WSIB-approved vendor.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
  • 6+ months in Customer Service experience.
  • Previous Security Experience is preferred.
  • Ability to Commit to the position for 6 months.
