District Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Director to lead our district operations and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering business results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability across the district.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to meet their goals.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Drive a customer-centric culture by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop store management teams, focusing on talent acquisition and succession planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Effectively communicate with the regional management team, sharing insights, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and HR, to execute company initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a multi-store or district manager capacity.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
