Compensation Package

We offer a competitive market-based salary of approximately $120,000 per year, as well as additional benefits that contribute to a total compensation package estimated at around $150,000 annually. Our compensation structure includes:

  • A base salary of $120,000 per annum
  • Earn up to an additional $30,000 by meeting or exceeding company targets for district profitability

In addition, we provide a comprehensive range of employee benefits, including paid time off, RRSP and pension matching options, and tuition assistance. About the Role

As a District Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the profitability of a region with responsibility for 15-20 retail stores. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing a high-performing team of sales managers to achieve sales performance, talent management, and compliance goals
  • Driving the recruitment and retention strategy for sales employees to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Monitoring sales and profitability performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive growth
  • Ensuring all employees meet customer service standards and adhere to compliance requirements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership capacity managing a multi-site operation
  • At least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing targeted sales environment in financial services, preferably consumer lending
  • A passion for sales and developing a sales team, with a strong focus on driving results and achieving business objectives
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
