Job Title: Senior Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal and external stakeholder networks to build relationships necessary to deliver against plans and projects.
  • Excellent technical project management enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan.
  • Design Java Server Pages (JSP) by aligning solutions and resources in collaboration with gTech Ads delivery resources.
  • Unlock new opportunities for growth by scoping projects.
  • Coordinate the delivery of the services plan working with gTech Ads execution teams in region, Customer Support, and Media Solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • ~8 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
