Senior Client Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Operations Manager to join our team at Morad Law Group. As a Senior Client Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of client accounts, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize client profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of professional Client Operations experience in an agency setting
- Strong skills in scoping, pricing, financial management, and timeline development for large, complex programs
- Project Management background is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Products and Smartsheets
