About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at State Street. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of services
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Provide project leadership for client-specific initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and developing talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Knowledge of financial markets and products, as well as regulatory requirements
