Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Asian Television Network inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, reviewing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a strong background in finance and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and collecting payments
  • Review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial data
  • Perform foreign currency exchange and store financial data
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and record-keeping
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Sage Accounting Software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
