Accounts Receivable Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Specialist to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a key member of our accounts receivable team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding accounts, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve outstanding accounts, ensuring timely and efficient collection of payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection efforts, including documentation of calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment application issues and invoicing discrepancies.
- Produce and distribute regular reports on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on collection activity.
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly reports to management and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in credit and collections, preferably in a professional services setting.
- Successful completion of a post-secondary program in Accounting or a related discipline.
- CCP designation completed or in progress.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Experience working with legal accounting software and SQL or other programming skills highly desired.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple demands, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
