Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Hotel Fort St. John. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs and ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and review work assignments, maintain operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Business Continuity: Ensure that all aspects of the hotel's operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and that all guests receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel operations or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
