We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Hotel Fort St. John. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of hotel staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams.
- Guest Services: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, including the management of budgets and resources.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to hotel staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise, ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel operations role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
