Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide guidance and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Guest Services
- Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized support to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to staff members to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Arrange for repair work as needed to minimize downtime and maintain high standards of service.
- Recruitment and Training
- Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff members, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Hours
- 40 hours per week.
