Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Hotel Fort St. John. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized support to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
    • Coordinate and assign tasks to staff members to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
    • Arrange for repair work to be carried out as needed to minimize downtime and maintain high standards of service.
  • Recruitment and Training
    • Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with guests, staff members, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
