Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sohani Party Tent Rental Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing daily operations, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Direct and control daily operations, direct staff, evaluate daily operations, open and distribute mail and other materials, plan and organize daily operations, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies and maintain inventory, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, perform data entry, provide customer service, maintain and manage digital database, perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, attention to detail, repetitive tasks, work with minimal supervision.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, accurate, reliability, adaptability, dependability, due diligence, quick learner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
