About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Pronto Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level support services to clients via various communication channels, including email, phone, and remote access.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our software solutions, including Trueform Neo, AI, DI, System Administration, and Screen Customiser.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Document and track technical issues, and deploy fixes to resolve client problems.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of software applications, including Trueform Neo, AI, DI, System Administration, and Screen Customiser.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of business operational needs and the ability to understand client requirements.
