We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team at Frank Falbo. As a Family Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Education and Training

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required. We offer on-the-job training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Work Experience

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills required for this position.

Work Setting

You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including our clients' homes. In some cases, optional accommodation may be available at no charge on a live-in basis, although this is not a condition of employment.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive Tasks

You will be required to perform tasks that involve repetition, such as assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support.

Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week.

Work Language

English is the primary language spoken in this role, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
