About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at KeAnu Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Maintain Computer Systems: Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide Technical Assistance: Respond to user inquiries and provide guidance on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other technical support analysts to collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise and provide training to junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their technical needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification: Possession of this certification is an asset.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Jira, iOS, Linux, Extranet, Intranet, Internet, desktop applications, MS Office, MS Windows, Oracle, SQL, SharePoint, and WordPress.
