Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Yeg Liquor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of our business.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies that drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with our management team to understand business objectives and develop effective plans to achieve them.
This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement market research projects to inform business decisions;
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify areas for improvement;
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners;
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication;
- Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the liquor industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
