Job Description

At Pro Elite Construction Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a critical administrative role in our construction company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative operations, supporting our project teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company standards;
  • Carry out administrative activities related to establishment, including data entry and budgetary control;
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory controls;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in administration;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Computer literacy and basic spreadsheet skills.
Work Environment

This position requires working on-site at our construction facility. You must have your own transportation and be available to work standard business hours.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
