Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day services within an operation, including on-call Air pickups, heavy pick-up accounts, and unforeseen events. Your primary goal will be to coordinate the needs and efforts of the operation to meet internal and external customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer concerns within the operation.
- Support safety and compliance initiatives.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate from a Business or Supply Chain program (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
