Job Summary

Clintar is hiring Tractor/Loader and Sidewalk Tractor Operators for the Winter Season. These roles are on-call, often overnight, and contingent on winter conditions. Candidates must be available on short notice, round the clock. We service commercial, industrial, and institutional properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be on call and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including Christmas & Holidays
  • Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions
  • Safe operation of equipment on parking lots and paved areas
  • Efficiently move snow to designated areas
  • Maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal
  • Accurately read site maps and route books (LMN)
  • Responsible for inputting daily accurate timesheets into your mobile device (LMN)
  • Working smart cellular phone with data
  • Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered
  • Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal

Compensation and Bonus:

  • $25 to $32 an hour Heavy Equipment Operators (based off experience)
  • BONUS for referring a friend with perfect attendance at the end of the Winter Season
  • Extra $$ Bonus for working over holidays
