**Summary**

Stouffville Toyota upholds the standard and values of ensuring excellent customer care through every interaction with the dealership. The Delivery Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the Customer Experience starting from the point the customer purchases the vehicle and through the delivery process. The Delivery Specialist always prepares the vehicle as per the customer requests, including ensuring all purchased options are installed and features are fully operational.

The Delivery Specialist is a self-starter and strives to be a product knowledge expert by keeping informed of new products, features, accessories and their benefits for the customer. When delivering a vehicle to a customer, the Delivery Specialist ensures that every customer is completely satisfied with the delivery and performance of the vehicle and maximizes profitability of each sale by offering vehicle accessories and aftermarket services.

The Delivery Specialist pays a high level of attention to the details by ensuring all sales documentation and related paperwork has been correctly and fully completed. They introduce the customer to the Service department and all available Service staff and ensure the customer has a tour of the dealership as required.

**Develop strong relationships with customer**
- Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
- Ensure customer understands all of the vehicle’s operating features.
- Sensitive to customer needs and flexible to re-scheduling appointments.
- Ensures customer is completely satisfied with vehicle.
- Handles all customer queries and concerns with a genuine intent to resolve their problem or issue.

**Develop collaborative relationships**
- Strong team player who works with everyone to achieve dealership goals.
- Work with dealership departments to ensure pricing is profitable and competitive.
- Provide support to other departments as required.

**Be detailed oriented**
- Ensure all documentation/paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Before Delivery, ensure vehicles are equipped with correct options and all features are functioning.
- Reviews and analyzes actions regularly to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.

**Develop and maintain full knowledge about the industry**
- Keep up to date with products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors as they compare to dealership products.
- Keep up to date with brand technologies.
- Able to explain and demonstrate customer benefits of all vehicle brand features and products.

**Commit to the Dealership Brand**
- Stay up-to-date on the manufacturer training programs.
- Be able to explain technical features, options and how they benefit the customer.
- Be knowledgeable about new features, specials and updates.
- Be a champion for delivering excellent service 100% of the time.
- Actively maintain the cleanliness of personal and team workspaces.
- Complete all connected services.
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance.

- Holds a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Basic computer skills.

**Education & Experience**
- Automotive experience would be an asset.
- OMVIC license would be an advantage.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Available to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled.
