We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at White River Bar and Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the standards of our restaurant.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in the kitchen.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the restaurant.
