About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Roots of Punjab Bar & Restaurant LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and train a team of kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Quality Control

Inspect and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

32-40 hours per week.
