About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Jewel of India Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of chefs to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our kitchen.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
