Senior Manager, Finance

Lead the manufacturing pillar within the Supply Chain Finance team, managing the P&L for three co-packers and five plants.

About This Opportunity

This role involves leading a team of finance specialists and overseeing the P&L for total manufacturing through monthly financial close, quarterly rolling estimate, and annual budgeting processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of finance specialists and oversee the P&L for total manufacturing.
  2. Hold the business accountable to their P&L results through monthly financial reviews and quarterly rolling estimates.
  3. Understand key performance metrics in Supply Chain and suggest improvements with tie-in to financial P&L.
  4. Manage the full process of the annual budget for manufacturing.
  5. Create visibility into key spend categories by providing direction on areas of opportunity.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  2. 7+ years of experience in supply chain finance, financial analysis, accounting, and/or relevant experience.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage time and projects effectively.
  4. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement and implement change.
  5. Demonstrate ability to understand standard costing and absorption.
  6. Naturally proactive and able to anticipate business needs.
  7. Commitment to ensuring integrity in financial results and adherence to ethical business practices.
  8. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  9. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  10. MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation is an asset.
  11. Anaplan experience is an asset.
