Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Project Manager to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis initiatives, providing strategic financial insights, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver financial projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and finance partners to develop and implement financial models and analysis.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
